Luxury Air Operating Regulations

In order to ensure professional operation and maintain Luxury Air's standard of excellence, the following protocol is established for all pilots:

1. Registration and Membership

It is mandatory to be registered with FSAirlines and to be an active member of Luxury Air to identify yourself as part of the airline.

2. Connection to the IVAO Network

Connect to the IVAO network using the callsign LXY followed by a number of the pilot's choice.

3. Use of Corporate LTMs

Use the official Luxury Air LTMs whenever they are available for the selected aircraft.

4. Flight Plan

Include in the "18 Other Information" section of the flight plan the text "CS/LUXURY AIR" to inform the controllers of our corporate code.

5. Flight Conditions

Always fly at real simulation speed (1x) and under real weather conditions, as established by the IVAO network.

6. FSA Operations System

It is essential to be connected to the FSA operations system during all flights to ensure proper registration of operations.

7. Community Building

It is recommended, as far as possible, to participate in the official Luxury Air Discord server during flights, to strengthen camaraderie and share experiences in real time.

Luxury Air Activity Policy

In order to consolidate an active and committed community, as well as to guarantee the growth and sustainability of Luxury Air, the following protocol is established for the activity of our pilots:

1. Active permanence

It is mandatory to remain registered as an active pilot within FSAirlines, being part of Luxury Air.

2. Minimum Flight Requirement

Each pilot must make and report at least one monthly flight with a duration of more than 30 minutes.

If a pilot does not meet this requirement, he will be classified as inactive. In case of being in a state of inactivity for 15 consecutive days, the pilot will be temporarily suspended.

If no flight is reported within a maximum period of 30 days, the pilot will be automatically dismissed.

3. Notifications and CommunicationLuxury Air will send timely notifications about any changes in the pilot's status.If you expect prolonged inactivity of more than a month, it is recommended to notify the airline in advance to request a vacation period, thus avoiding suspension or cancellation.4. Flight ReportAll flights made in FSA are automatically recorded, reflected in the pilot's personal file and in their individual statistics. Pilot activity is calculated based on the date of his last reported flight.With this commitment, we seek to foster a solid, dynamic team focused on learning and mutual enjoyment. Flight Operation Procedures

In order to maintain a standard of excellence and professionalism in our operations, all Luxury Air pilots must comply with the following procedures during their flights:

Before Starting the Flight Client

1. Realism Settings:

Enable the option to ignore collisions and damage in the simulator's realism settings.

2. Start on Platform:

Start in a parking position with engines off and parking brakes engaged.3. Preliminary preparations:

Load the fuel necessary for the flight before starting the engines.

Adjust the weight of passengers and cargo as planned.

During the Flight

1. Running and Speed Rules:

Maintain a maximum speed of 25 KIAS during filming.

Do not exceed 250 KIAS below 10,000 feet MSL.

2. Use of Lights:

Turn on landing lights when altitude is below 10,000 feet AGL.

3. Realistic Simulation:

Fly exclusively at 1x simulation speed.

Avoid pausing the simulator under any circumstances.

4. Destination Airport:

Land only at the planned airport, except in documented emergencies.

5. Proper Parking:Do not use parking areas intended for automatic refuelling of the simulator.Flight Completion1. Client and Simulator Closure:End the flight again in a parking position, with engines off and parking brakes engaged.Under no circumstances close the simulator before the flight client ends. If it is necessary to abandon the flight, close the customer first.These procedures ensure smooth, professional operations in line with Luxury Air's quality standards. Luxury Air does not collect or solicit sensitive personal data, such as banking, legal, or business information, beyond that strictly required by the IVAO network or necessary for active participation within the airline.

2. Use of Information

The data collected will be used exclusively for operational purposes related to flight management and Luxury Air's internal administration.

We will not intentionally share the information with third parties or use the data for purposes other than the airline's purposes.

3. Limitations of Liability Luxury Air is not responsible for the improper use of data by third parties or for the effects derived from cybercrimes, whether direct or indirect.
4. Information Security We strive to implement technical and administrative measures to protect our pilots' information. However, we recognize that no system is completely immune to security risks. By becoming part of Luxury Air, you agree to this policy, which is designed to ensure a trusted and safe environment within our community. Entry Requirements

Luxury Air seeks to incorporate pilots who are committed and passionate about virtual aviation. To join as a virtual pilot and be registered as an official member of the airline, you need to meet the following requirements:

1. Minimum age

Be at least 14 years old. In the case of minors, express authorization from their parents or legal guardians is required.

2. Virtual Aviation Knowledge

Possess basic theoretical and practical notions related to aerial simulation, demonstrating essential skills for virtual operation.

3. Affiliation to IVAO

Be a registered member of the IVAO network, with a verifiable minimum of 3 hours of flight time as a virtual pilot.

4. Exclusivity of Participation Not be part of the Staff of other virtual airlines, in order to guarantee exclusive dedication and commitment to Luxury Air.
